Veridian

IPA  //  6%

With us since the very beginning, our flagship IPA balances everyday drinkability with a full-flavor hop profile. A hazy and heavenly experience with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. Delightful notes of orange creamsicle, mango, fresh papaya, and Meyer lemon. Brewed with Citra, Azacca,

Chinook, and Summit hops.

Banded Pilsner

German-style Pilsner  //  5.4%

Snappy, crisp, and refined. We took our time developing this one. We sampled countless hop varietals, traveled to Germany to find just the right malts, and balanced everything to suit our Saco River water. A style this classic leaves no room for error, and we have fine-tuned this recipe into a beer that we are incredibly proud to call our Banded Pilsner.

Daikaiju

DIPA  //  8.7%

Dangerously balanced. This monolithic double IPA is brimming with monstrous Mosaic, Chinook, and Idaho 7 hop flavors. Prepare to be overtaken by notes of juicy stone fruit, grapefruit, concord grape, and pineapple Lifesavers. It will make your mouth water.

Charms & Hexes

Fruited Sour //  5.2%

A spirited sour ale loaded with seasonal fruit, and complemented with the mild tang and dry finish of white wheat. The perfect potion of tart + sweet. With a yearly rotation of four recipes, be sure to try them all!

First Quarter: Blood Orange + Hibisucus

Second Quarter: Passion Fruit + Guava

Third Quarter: Strawberry + Mango

Fourth Quarter: Sour Cherry, Cranberry + Black Currant

Milltown Lager

American Lager  //  4%

With us since the very beginning, our flagship IPA balances everyday drinkability with a full-flavor hop profile. A hazy and heavenly experience with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. Delightful notes of orange creamsicle, mango, fresh papaya, and Meyer lemon. Brewed with Citra, Azacca,

Chinook, and Summit hops.

Norweald

Classic Stout  //  6.5%

With us since the very beginning, our flagship IPA balances everyday drinkability with a full-flavor hop profile. A hazy and heavenly experience with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. Delightful notes of orange creamsicle, mango, fresh papaya, and Meyer lemon. Brewed with Citra, Azacca,

Chinook, and Summit hops.

Mo Chara

Irish Red Lager  //  5.5%

 Gaelic for "my friend", we welcome Mo Chara back every year just as warmly as the friend you don't see enough. As pretty as it is tasty, Mo Chara has a red hue reminiscent of sherry or dusk. The nose offers bundt cake, cherry preserves, and black tea. Toasted bread, Graham crackers, malt balls, and nougat take turns with each sip before a clean, dry finish.

Wicked Bueno

Mexican Lager  //  4.3%

 No matter what the weather brings, this lighthearted Mexican-style lager will transport you to the wicked good days of summer. Light, crisp and crushable to pair with the great outdoors, your favorite tacos, and day drinking... followed by a siesta.

Here

Pale Ale with Flowers //  5.6%

A New England pale ale brewed with lavender, hibiscus, + jasmine. Loaded with floral + fruity notes, with cooling hints of mint + herbal tea. Here was first brewed in 2021 to celebrate pride + pay tribute to those who have been fighting for equal rights since the Stonewall riots of 1969.

Greenwarden

Spruce Tip Ale  //  5.8%

With us since the very beginning, our flagship IPA balances everyday drinkability with a full-flavor hop profile. A hazy and heavenly experience with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. Delightful notes of orange creamsicle, mango, fresh papaya, and Meyer lemon. Brewed with Citra, Azacca,

Chinook, and Summit hops.

Available when the trees decide, but usually mid-June.

Surf Logger

Lager with Sea Salt //  5%

Oh, Surf Logger... a crisp summer daydream! We laced a snappy lager with sea salt sourced from our local beach. Salt crystals mingle with
citrus, stone fruit, grasses, and melon in this summer brew. Crushable as heck (duh!) with hops that provide subtle tropical notes to
transport you on a little vacation with each sip.

Oktoberfest

Marzen Lager //  5.4%

Classic German-Style Märzen, brewed right here in Maine. We’ve been brewing this crisp, full amber lager for nearly a decade, and at this point, we’ve got it down to a science. Every sip delivers a velvety mouthfeel, delightful malts notes, an assertive hop backbone, and a crisp finish. The Oktoberfest window is never quite long enough, but we enjoy it to its fullest while we can. Próst!

Gourd Lord

Pumpkin Spice Lager  //  6.7%

We brew Gourd Lord with gourds and a generous helping of spices. This beer is as golden as the September sun, with gorgeous clarity and depth of flavor. A light lager body is delicately layered with sweet + savory notes of warming spices, fresh-baked pie crust, roasted pumpkin. The beer finishes dry + crisp with a sublte hop bitterness that
keeps Gourd Lord’s slightly sweet profile in check..

Jolly Woodsman

Coffee Stout // 7.5%

A perfectly balanced coffee stout that showcases everything we love about coffee and beer. Generously steeped with Speckled Ax's Kenyan espresso (Portland, ME). This beer fuels the most voracious of fires, or the most ardent woodsman. Tasting notes include orange, cacao husk, cranberry and bitter chocolate.

Mountain

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout // 12%

Each year, we age our imperial Mountain stout in bourbon barrels to release on our birthday! Full, rich oak on the nose. Burnt vanilla leads to mocha and coconut. Hints of maple syrup and pecan are balanced by a tart blackberry. A warming alcohol closes with a semi-sweet finish.

Available from our Anniversary in  early December.

Eldir

Bamber-Style Rauchbier // 5.8%

This traditional smoke ale is brewed with 100% Beechwood smoked malt. The result is a savory, amber colored lager with rugged yet pleasant notes of campfire smoke, hearth-baked bread, and mulling spices.

Zealot

New England IPA  //  7.5%

Pineapple meets pine resin. Hazy, punchy, and
luscious with waves of Simcoe and Amarillo on a
pillowy soft bed of wheat and oats. Zealously
dedicated to satisfying our lust for hops.

Breezy

New England IPA  //  5.5%

New England style pale ale made with toasted coriander, fresh ginger, and sea salt. This beer utilizes biotrans-fermented coriander and hops, and seeks a balance of fruity, soft, and spicy with a gentle salinity underneath. Brewed every summer in collaboration with the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport.

Cozy

Holiday Ale // 8%

Tastefully spiced, and lightly smoked, this "cozy" holiday ale is made with Maine Malte and aged in oak. Brewed in the winter in collaboration with the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport.

Astrokat

New England IPA  //  6.5%

You’re going to want to get your paws on this. We brewed Astrokat with Galaxy & Comet hops for an otherworldly drinking experience! This [inter]stellar combination of hops provides enticing notes of passion
fruit, peach, and citrus that will rocket splendidly across your palate.
